General Questions

Does your soda contain caffeine or any other subtances?

Nope! Farmer Herb's Secret Stash only contains delicious cane sugar soda. Nothing more!

So what IS in your soda?

Unlike other companies, our soda's ingredients list is short and simple! Each of our sodas contains the following ingredients: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Coloring, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, and Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness).

Where can I buy your soda?

You can buy our sodas at any of our wonderful retail partners! You can also order it by the case on our website.

Shipping Questions

Why does shipping cost so much?

Short answer: Soda is heavy! Not only this, but the cool glass bottles they come in are fragile, so we need to ensure every order is well packaged to protect against breakage. This adds even more weight to an already heavy packager. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the prices that our shipping partners charge.

Who do use to ship your soda?

We are partnered with the United States Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada. However, we are looking into options that will allow us to ship internationally in the future.

What will my package look like?

All cases of Farmer Herb's Secret Stash are packaged in a thick brown cardboard box. Our boxes are well sealed and packed with a few different measures to prevent against breakage.

My package says it was delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. Help!

Don't panic! First, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours after USPS says your package is delivered. There can sometimes be discrepencies between when the tracking updates to "delivered" and when the package is actually delivered. If you still haven't recieved your package, contact your local post office with your tracking number as soon as possible. If you're still having issues after this, reach out to us at farmerherbs@gmail.com. This must be done within 30 days of the listed delivery date so that we can open an investigation with USPS to locate the missing package. From there, we can determine the best course of action as to how to resolve the situation. If you contact us outside this 30 day period, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

What days do you ship packages?

We ship out Farmer Herb's Secret Stash Mondays through Fridays. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for fulfillment.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Go to My Account, and click on Order History. Find the Order # and check the fulfillment status. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the label has been created, and can also be found on your account page.

Order Questions

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or edit your order, contact farmerherbs@gmail.com as soon as possible! We can only process order changes when the package is still in our hands. Once it goes out the door, we can not change the order.

Any orders cancelled before shipping are eligible for a refund. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, though. Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for refunds.

Do you offer returns?

Returns are only offered on a case by case basis. Reach out to farmerherbs@gmail.com to find out if you are eligible. All bottles in the order must be completely unopened and undamaged to be eligible for any sort of return. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee. You are also responsible for shipping the order. Orders that are 30 or more days past their date of delivery are not eligible for returns.

My order arrived damaged! Help!

Don't panic! First off, take CLEAR and EXTENSIVE pics of the damaged package as soon as you can. We will need these in order to process your damaged order claim. If there is any broken glass in the order, we recommend you throw away the rest of the package to avoid injury. Our soda is really tasty, but not tasty enough to risk injury!

Once you have the pics in hand, email us at farmerherbs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the pics. We will open a claim with USPS. We will then work to get your either a replacement or a refund.

An item is missing from my order! Help!

First, don't panic! Second, reach out to us at farmerherbs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with CLEAR pics showing evidence of missing items, if possible. We will resolve the situation with you personally. Once 48 hours has passed, there is nothing we can do.
